Often users find themselves in a situation where decisions have been made about design, configuration and user functionality. This book empowers them to look beyond the small picture and review other options, or gain or refresh an understanding of how project management with SAP affects processes and other SAP areas in more detail.

Mario Franz defines lots of SAP project management terms and puts them in the context of the application's overall ERP functionality. It is a detailed book without being overly technical.

The book requires some basic understanding of SAP and of project management with that software package.
