The Model

 

Organizational Project Management Readiness is based on a simple but powerful approach. An OPMR cube looks at integrated processes, business functions, and underlying enablers. Looking at each combination of multiple dimensions, a total of 45 "process cubes" provide a comprehensive picture of the overall capabilities.

Each individual process cube can be analyzed in detail and evaluated.

Then, each can get quantified by assigning a rating of 1 through 5, based on the following criteria. As the results now get added up, evaluated, and graphically displayed, patterns emerge and priorities for an improvement strategy can easily be determined.
