A Workshop About World-Class SAP-Centric Project Management Solutions
for Users of SAP and Primavera (Enterprise)

Course Description

This 4-day workshop introduces a tangible approach for designing and setting up SAP and Primavera to become world-class enablers of organizational project management. It walks through design options for SAP-centric project management solutions that enhance an organization's project management capabilities - SAP only or in combination with Primavera. The workshop correlates application functions to PMBOK areas of knowledge and process groups, and points out key issues and touch points required for seamless process flow.

The workshop is unique simply by addressing three otherwise separated key aspects of project management in complex organizations: SAP, Primavera, and PMBOK-based education.

$$$ Value: Serious Answers for Serious Players

The names of both SAP and Primavera keep popping up whenever large-scale projects are managed, across many industries: Power, Energy, Oil & Gas, Engineering and Construction, Mining, Transportation, and others. Typically, this involves tens and hundreds of millions, or even billions, of US dollars.

This is the context where even incremental process improvements and advances in efficiency can add millions to the bottom line! It simply is a MUST for 'serious' players.

About Workshops

What Workshops are about...

Workshops are high-impact, action and results-oriented courses. They address specific technical, functional, or process tasks that are needed to increase an organization's project management readiness. Without being a substitute for technical or generic project management training, they guide through the tasks of reaching tangible results.

Participants should have a basic understanding of project management, and of the relevant tools and applications they are using.
